if you go to ftp.spacelessjam.com you can upload your stuff by dragging and dropping into the music folder. id like to keep it organized so put it in the artist folder.
do this in either IE or Windows Explorer (my computer) you could also use an FTP client like WS_FTP. Natively firefox does not allow you to upload files, you can get the extension FTPfox.
then goto
http://www.spacelessjam/files/music/ and it should be there. link to it and it will be freely downloadable.
