I'll try and keep it down to five things, so as not to do the hipster swampage thing.
Ever since Stu convinced me to see them at ATP, I've been really digging Th' Faith Healers. Totally rocking early 90s SY/Fall/Krautrock/Shoegaze echoing Peel darlings.
Fantastic, and someone I'd never really heard of, despite being into a lot of the stuff you listed.
On the doomy/industrial side of things, I'm hugely into the first Godflesh album (EP?) right now. Especially
Avalanche Master Song, which is one of the best album openers I've heard in ages, and
Wounds.
Pretty much my stock recommendation to absolutely everyone is John Cale's solo stuff (for songs, listen to the album 'Fear', for long psyched out rock minimalist jam stuff check out his album with Terry Riley, 'Church of Anthrax').
Don't know if you're big into Keiji Haino, but even if you are (or if you haven't liked what you've heard), his discography is so huge that it's easy to miss great stuff. I really love his work, and from the stuff you listed would recommend his album 'Affection', which is one of my favourite albums ever, or the first 2 'Fushitsusha' live albums, which are much more 'rock'.
Oh, and if you haven't checked it out yet, regardless of your preconceptions about her, I would really suggest you spend some time with the new Joanna Newsom. I'm obsessed. 'Go Long' and 'In California' are both strong candidate for track of year right now...
