The group’s unique basic instrumentation of bass by Gut, drums by Heart, and microcorg by Brain is no less than an urban revolt against the proto-classical and pseudo-intellectual rock-music as well as the established role of the rhythm section and keyboards. Fed up with experimental-rock and minimal-noise, the trio was seeking to incorporate rural-folk elements into traditional rock schemes.
