Tony lost his battle with non Hodgkins Lymphoma this morning at 3am. I knew it would be soon, but I am still absolutely shattered by this. He released all of my early records, giving me support and encouragement when I needed it most. Without him and his label, I would not be the musician (or in many ways, the person) I am today. He lived and worked in Australia and I only got to meet him in the flesh once at one of the Terrastock festivals, but he always acted like the truest of friends and was one of the best examples of a "label mogul" I have known.

I am glad his suffering is over, but I will miss him.
It was the highest honor to be in bands released by his label (It was incredible to be in such fine company with all the other bands he released) and to know this man.

You were one of the very best, my friend.
