When it comes to that style of guitar, I get your point. I mean, although it shouldn't be, it just is somehow disheartening to realise that no matter how good you are, and how many advancements you make in the style, while you may make good or great music (R.I.P. Jack Rose), someone else has simply done a similar thing infinitely better. It's like me with when I play impressionistic spacey jazz improvs on the piano while knowing that
this exists. Sometimes I envy those people who make music in more of a vacuum...
