First of all the laws that allow gay and lesbian couples to marry aren't the same in every country, whereas they are more or less for straight couples, with varying degrees of legality, depending on religion etc. And you should know that well, since you live in Texas. Second, what are you trying to say there, that marriage the institution doesn't descriminate between people? Well, why you are allowed to marry wherever you like much easier than myself, then?
