mary is the best source for this. she's a radio 1 dj in the uk and her show IS ON THE RADIO AND ACTUALLY GOOD. this just doesn't happen on mainstream radio in the uk anymore

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NmbVt...eature=related you simply don't get that type of enthusiasm from anyone else at the bbc or in most other places. she actually gives a shit about the music. fair enough i might not like all of it but thats not the point, the point is there is someone at the bbc who actually gives a shit about music and pushing it towards the experimental edges as much as she can get away with. this actually works because you want to listen to something that is new and challenges your expectations when you hear about it from someone who actually cares.
in most other respects the bbc is just a despicable war propagandist outlet that tries to force the population to pay for it and it should be shut down.
