Gay. Wrong tie underneath, and wrong shade of green on the shirt. I'd actually go for a collarless shirt, because there's just loads of very busy lines around your neck otherwise. Or unbutton the jacket. Also, I don't think the cut of the jacket flatters your shoulders, and I tend to think men live or die by the flattered shoulders.
