I have no sound at work and had to....yikes....go to the beastie boys forum to find out what this was about.
tumors of the parotid are often benign, but it seems as if he's already had infiltration of nearby lymph-nodes, which means that it's malignant and in the process of metastasizing.
hopefully, they've caught it before it's gotten further than the local nodes.
