Get a lawyer, (in every sense). when a label says they don't accept unsolicited demos then generally they mean they will only listen to stuff recommended to them from a business point of view, if you have impressed any promoters and are on good terms then ask them if they know anyone good, trustworthy and preferably young but not inexperienced, a publisher might also do this if you have the connects but as a rule you wouldn't want to wade into the world of publishers and labels without a lawyer on your team.
