Surveying job, I make $10 an hour and usually wind up sitting in the truck guarding the gps equipment. So I put on the walkman with some nice bose headphones, get on the laptop and chill.
I've actually been having to lug shit around though lately.
Last few weeks we've been in areas where they didn't feel safe leaving the equipment alone, so they just leave me with it since I can't really move or lug things around quite as quickly as the other guys (grown men, former highschool football players mostly).
