I think I dont know anybody who feels like this from time to time.
do what you enjoy the most, that helps a lot, if all your friends suck, try to connect to some others, if theres one who doesnt suck. meet him.
or if it makes you lucky at the moment just surf on the web. sometimes you need some time off of yourself.
