If you are the type that CAN'T run on 5 hours, just go to bed an hour earlier every night. After 5 days, you can go to bed at midnight. Worked for me.

Even then though, wouldn't you be getting up at 10? 5 hours may be too little, but 10 is definately too much. Overresting your body can be as exhausting as under resting, so after you get your first problem knocked out, try and work on cutting down the amount of hours you sleep.
