I get your comparisons, BUT
Eternal Champions was a 2D fighter, yes but got a lot more (good) differences to offer then most other 2 D Fighters beneath SF2.
the same goes for Rocket Knight adventures.
Its a frickin awesome 2d platformer which differs alot from sonic/mario mabye like sonic differs from mario games and they arent the same at all. they are just platformers but they come from different sides.
RKA is so challanging in an awsesome way, its always great to play it through in a rush always again with sweaty hands and a lot of positive stress. love it
