I had assumed before that the DROUGHT IS OVER series by The Empire was sanctioned by Wayne, but I can't really find any info proving that he was cool with those releases.
At any rate, anyone have any proof that other than the ones listed above, there are any other of the million Wayne mixtapes that are actually official promo products released by the man himself?
