exact prices I dont know, depends really where you wanna by or rent something. but I know thats its quite normal. ten years ago it was pretty hard to find flats or houses to rent, short after germany joined east and west (which is already 19 years ago, hahah) but afterwards it normalized itself pretty fast.
its no time to make bargains but also no times for getting rich if you sell your house, hope tht helps, if not let me know
