I work at a news station in Buffalo (where he was from) and broke that story on the air when we got word. Needless to say, it's been the big story all day. Sad, really. He was a very fair minded guy, not some biased, agenda-driven, asshole like all these other talking heads. Many of the people I work with knew him, and they all said he was a very genuine, and likeable guy.
