Nadal played. He was seeded as #2 in the tournament (in the world too).
Nadal was defeated by Tsonga in the semifinal.
I like Nadal too. He represents the longhairs haha now that Federer has cut his locks. He also wears the long shorts. Of course, he's been Federer's nemesis on clay and in the French. I like Nadal because he has such power and scrappiness. He plays passionately like Yannick Noah did.
Noah was my favorite when I was a kid; he played against McEnroe and Connors in those days. Noah's son, Joakim, was on two successive NCAA championship basketball teams for the Florida Gators and now plays for the Chicago Bulls NBA team.
