Sky Arts is now part of many of the basic Sky Packages and could in no way be construed as being a 'Premium channel' under the Dime rules as far as I can see (such as Canal+ etc). Hence I can see no problem at all in sharing this and the Sonic Youth broadcast here.

Because its encrypted (as I believe many of the basic Sky channels such as MTV etc are in the UK) it means that the Dime experts in direct capture with a DVB-S card such as Smiler40 can't capture the broadcast stream directly without re-encoding, so the only option is to record with re-encoding via a DVD recorder or capture card. However, I'm out of my depth regarding capturing streams directly so I apologise if I've given out any duff info!
