Hey, I'm glad there's finally something that most of us can readily agree on.

Many "critics" are currently creaming themselves over the Sharon Jones new one because the Dap-Kings play on it too.

Years ago there was this band called (after the Horace Silver album and song) The Jody Grind

that did this type of thing hundreds of times better. They were based in the Athens/Atlanta area, but singer Kelly Hogan relocated to Chicago. Now there's some other unrelated band called The Jody Grind from Boston.
