Hey, that is an imported cabbageworm (Pieris rapae L.)! I've spent a lot of time with these this summer, along with the other members of the cabbage caterpillar complex (diamondback moth and looper). I've seen larvae 3" long of these, all green and hairy (yuck). Feeds on cabbage-related crops - mustard and rape (probably), for sure in cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli, etc.
