I have that book.
I had to buy it twice because my "friend" stole my signed first edition copy.
The smaller new-edition paperback copy I have now isn't nearly as nice as the first one and holds none of the sentimental value. I hate my "friend". She stole my old copy of "Ladies & Gentlemen Lenny Bruce" too...
