just because a junkie drugged out burn out says she will be selling stuff and giving oney to charity does NOT mean she will give it all to charity nor that she will give a substantial amount to charity.
she could give 5% of the proceeds to a local shelter and say "I sold it for charity."
I hate rich fucks who claim this shit. if you want to give to charity and have it truly be charity then give out of your own money. don;t sell a house you mo longer want and use the tax write off for charity.
