no. its a test press of the original.
test presses are before promos, never labeled, and sometimes the sound is shit on tps cause if the mastering engineer fucks up the mastering then the first cuts (tps) will be shite.
(its there to test the sounding of a record hence the name test press)
i dont know about rock record labels but in the electroinc music scene, labels usually have a maximum of 50 tps but mostly around 10
