I would suggest early Whitehouse.....
Every NON album I have heard was really great, Definitely not into his work under his own name though, I am completely disinterested in his opinions, right wing neo-fascism is not my thing, and he also wrote that terrible 'pro-rape' article for Answer Me! I think for the rape issue. Whitehouse also has misogynest (sp???) lyrics and songtitles too but like NON the lyrics are buried and distorted (rapemaster, etc.). Big Black is another really incredible industrial band, although with more of a hardcore punk thing going on not unlike Ministry. Big Black had a huge impact on that kind of sound.
