but now seriously-- i don't know about that 70% you speak of. is it the lindt in a white/black wrapper? (i used to get that)
the high % cocoa can be unsweetened, bittersweet or semisweet-- those are for baking mostly.
that bat bar however is made for eating therefore is intense but oh so good & your brain cells explode with pleasure. and maybe because it's organic it tastes extra-good.
but yes strong chocolate is kinda like drinking straight bourbon or scotch or vodka shots. not for the faint of heart.
