Antony and the Johnsons - heard of lots but never heard them / no opinion other than I suspect they might be overrated.
EDAN - I haven't listened to EDAN at length to form an opinion.
Quasimoto - I haven't listened to Quasimoto at length to form an opinion.
Parenthetical Girls - Among the very best, creative, and most lyrically clever twinkly melodic pop band ever.
Devendra Banhart - Not really a fan, but I recognize his crucialness.
CoCo Rosie - rich kid fakers ... way overrated.
Heroin - Literally changed the face of hardcore and saved until metalcore ruined it.
Swing Kids - decent first record, and fans who saw them live swear they were great, but they never enriched my life so much even when I was way deep into emo/HC 10 years ago.
