There are some new old recordings of Godspeed You Black Emperor shared on Dime and Archive.org. One of them starts with about three minutes of background music. And I would love to know what song it is:

It could be Sun Ra perhaps? Or some blues band? Or even traditional world music? No clue.
But it definitely was an inspiration for Silver Mt Zion when they composed
