We always split the revenue. And we always made sure that the our amount of the equation is cool with both sides and that it is advantageous for the art space. Hell, I once even pretty much bought most of the beverages out of my own pocket and then just let them have all the revenue. Obviously, I can't and won't always do that. Last time we had a pretty good run and our cut was very good. But I try to make both sides happy. I'm just happy if some of my expenses get some relief, that's all.
