microLED is basically self-lighting (like oled) without the degradation of organic compounds and like 30 times brighter? lightweight (no glass), borderless (no bezel), and scalable as tiles.

promising as portable tv of large proportions, but also for increased battery life in small devices

samsung showed the giant wall tv but without gaps (last year it had gaps) plus a 75” home version (so to speak) plus hangable tiles as pictures

eta: apple apparently has 300 engineers developing this tech on their own
