Maybe I'm mistaken? Like I said, never done anything like this before.
For the first three days, we mix this powder with water and drink it in the morning......sort of like drinking Tang. We also take some pills in the evening.
After a week or so of this, we stop eating meat for so many days and return to the Tang type drink. All and all, it's a 20 day challenge.
I've never made an effort to forgo caffeine, dairy, bread or sugar before, so I'm looking forward to seeing how well it works......so far so good
