I like how Avril got #34 and Lohan got #38 - I win!
I'm glad Katy Perry got #3. She deserves to be the entirety of the list. What a goddess from head to (especially) toe. I think some other magazine named her the hottest girl of 2011... I have no clue which though.
You guys really think Amanda Bynes is ugly? I'll admit her plastic surgery is pretty jonky (?) but I'd bang her out in a heartbeat. Imagine seeing her in person, I bet she's dazzling.
What really trips me out is that picture of Hilary Duff. WOW! She looks so much different!
