It's actually a live recording, not an official release. Date for this performance is September 28, 2003, at Manda-la 2, Tokyo, Japan. You might think this is Keiji Haino with Jhonn Balance and company, but the actual line-up was:

I've got a copy in MP3 format that i downloaded a long time ago from bigOzine. I've never encountered this in .flac format, but i suppose it's possible that a lossless version has circulated at some point. I was thinking i could upload it to Sendspace and post it, but i won't bother since there seem to be a few active download links out there at the blogosphere. Here's one of them:
