A health kick.
Right,i need some tips on how to keep healthy.I'll take anything into consideration as i'm a monstrousity when it comes to this sort of thing.

-eat a balanced diet (1 serving of meat a day only!)
-8 glasses of water/day -Use lubricant when jacking off, or else it leaves friction burns. -Exercise to the point of perperation 3-4 times a week |

while i type mother and father are doing their team work/buddy system exercise routine to the various exercise mix cd's my mother makes. she has this fast song/fast song/slow song formula that really works for her. |
