Checked. I enjoyed. I couldn't listen to the first one, I think myspazz might be a little bit gay, but the other two were relaxing. Like a lot of pricks, I might argue that it's not quite 'free' improv, but that would make me a wanker, so I shouldn't listen to me if I were you. I like the use of speech as background, that's usually quite annoying unless it's done well. Yes. Well done.

cheers glice glad you liked, on the free improv front, it was definately free and definately improv, no editing involved in the recording just a volume automation at the start of pt I and at the end of pt IV

Tokolosh 10.03.2006 05:37 AM

I like it. Nice cover art too.

terminal pharmacy 10.03.2006 05:53 AM

Sure, sure... the reason I say that is because a lot of 'free' players constantly argue that tonal/ drone based or even improv with continuity isn't 'free'. It's a bollocks argument, but I think of Bailey first when I see the words 'free' improv. Just call me a wanker and we'll say no more about the whole sorry affair.

whorefrost 10.03.2006 05:51 PM

listened to track 2... interesting stuff... quite sparse...

noisemachine 10.03.2006 08:25 PM

it could also be glice that the free in free improv means that it doesn't cost us any money at all to play record, master and release except for the cost of disks, all the equipment we use we get from our work place, mics, console, computer, cables, and a friend who works in a mastering studio masters our stuff for free, we are on a solid wicket of freedom in our tiny town...... i won't call you a wanker because you have valid opinions most of the time, i think we are on the same page

Glice 10.04.2006 07:20 AM

Fine. That's just fine. You're wrong though, I'm definitely a wanker.
