I used to know this guy, Calvin Smith. He played opposite John Davidson (formerly of TV's That's Incredible haha) in The Music Man on Broadway.























Calvin is one of the funniest people I've ever known. After he didn't make it in New York City though he returned to Athens and was busted by an undercover officer for selling soap as crack rock. Apparently, it doesn't matter if the drugs are not real, you still get arrested anyway. It was sad. The last time I saw him was at a free soup kitchen that I had went to as well. I think he's doing good now though (from what someone that still lives there told me) and he's acting and performing again since Athens refurbished the historic Morton Theater and has been putting on shows.

I'll keep that in mind.
