Ranking the SYRs (probably for the millionth time)
 

Anyone have a distinct ordinal preference for the SYR series? I've been trying to mentally get one together, but I'm having trouble. I know that 1, 7, 5, 6, 9... I don't know.

I only listened to 6, 8, 1, 9. and my order is....8,9,1,6.

1, 2, 9, 7, 8, 5, 3, 6, 4,

1, 9, 2, 7, 3, 4 & 5.

Still haven´t heard 6 & 8.

I can hardly rank them, it's extremely dependent on my mood. I almost always enjoy 1/3/6/7, don't listen to 2 as often, and often have difficulty with 4 and 5. Haven't gotten to listen in-depth to 8 and 9 though!

Oh wait, I always forget that it's 3 and not 2 that sucks. :(

I have 8 but never listen to it.

I guess for me it's more like 1, 3, 7, 5, 9, 4.

Well, let's just say I've owned it since it came out, and listened to it about three times. While 1, 2, 7, 9 and 4 I've listened to more times than I could possibly count, and still listen to today.

1,3,2,6,5,8,7,9

1, 3, 2, 9, 7, 4, 8, 6, 5

Maybe you should listen it again few times. Of course it is quite noisy and has less "form" than for example 1, 2 & 9, but I just love the atmosphere it has! I think it is very near of 7.

I'll give it a listen on my way to work. 7 is one of my faves. Great for autumn days. So chill. The first track especially.

Also- it looks like I"m the only one who has any love for #5.

I don´t say I haven´t got any love to 5, but I think it´s not even near of the greatness those SY-SYRS.

i've only listened to one and seven enough to judge, and one rules and seven is pretty bad
