Yeah, that's all done with blue or green screen colour keying, which is pretty easy to do on your home computer nowadays. The shots are then dropped into the timeline in separate layers and brought from the front to the back in accordance to how ya want it.

I like Rush. Not all, but hearing them alot from a friend I grew to appreciate them a bit - Moving Pictures in particular. You can get used to Geddy's voice, believe it or not. Haha I kinda like that song in the video.
