ARAB ON RADAR reunite? New songs?
http://whamcity.com/whart10.html
According to their facebook, AOR are playing at fucking Whartscape this year. They've also hinted at new songs. Quote:
Is anyone else hot and bothered about this? Or at least mildly excited? I'm going to try and find these songs somewhere but AOR is pretty good at keeping shit they don't want you to hear yet. If anyone else knows anything, FUCKING TELL ME. |
Yeah, they're playing at Dudefest, I might go. Might not.
|
Ugh. That gets me so hot.
|
It's fucking official and more than just Dudefest and whartscape!
http://www.brooklynvegan.com/archive...n_radar_r.html I hope they manage to book some more dates. I know they won't come to Minneapolis but Chicago would at least be nice. I really don't want to go to Cali. |
Oh, AND WHY THE FUCK ISN'T THIS THREAD BIGGER? COME ON, YOU FUCKS! It's Arab on Radar. Divine to the core. Music from the heavens. How can you not care?
|
Why isn't this thread bigger? Because people think Animal Collective are cutting edge.
|
Oh, yeah. I'm not sure what's cutting edge about re-hashed Beach Boys psychedelia, but I like it.
|
Adam, I'm not sure why you mention Animal Collective in all your posts since barely anyone speaks about them on here anymore - and while you post 15,000 nu-metal related threads?

Hey, the important thing is, YOU NEED TO PAY ATTENTION TO ARAB ON FUCKING RADAR. |
Sure, but for the moment they're not playing Europe, let alone my city, so it all feels a bit distant. Especially since two of these shows are with dd/mm/yyyy who disappointed me a great deal when I got to see them.
|
I'm a get on the fucking Amtrak with my heterosexual life partner and go to Cali for them. Call it a religious pilgrimage. Take the bus to the states, Fox. There's got to be a transatlantic railroad by now right?

(also, I'm gonna bring some rocks for dd/mm/yyyy) |
Speed drugs are necessary for such a show. I'm a smoke a gang of meth.
|
FUCK YEAH
|
Why do you post about me insulting some shitty band a few times and then try to say I make "15000 numetal threads", when I've only made like 3? What do the two have to do with each other, anyway? Why are you allowed to namedrop bands you don't like (Mars Volta) and no one calls you out on it? Because it's "acceptable" to hate on them, but not some band you actually enjoy? Etc. I post what's amusing to me. You post what's amusing to you. Why question it?
Anyway, Animal Collective is a punchline to me like Mars Volta is to you. I've posted once about 'em in this thread, posted once about 'em in another thread when Genteel brought them up. That's twice this year, I think. That's, uh, not all the time. But thanks! |
