he's a great guitar player and bassman too. Sonic nurse is a great album and he play in that album. (sorry my inglish)

He's not in the band anymore. I don't know the reason why he isn't

He's in Japan. He released an awesome album last year. He hasn't been in the band in like 5 years or so. He left to focus on his movies and to mvoe away. He made 2 or 3 experimental films.. one is just a scene from Blow out with different color filters applied to it and some other effects. He is still producing/mixing a bit, still making music a bit, still collaborating with other artists, and I'm sure he's happy and making lots of money.

i was in japan last september and a friend told me she had dinner with him...he ordered french fries...in perfect japanese :-)

in all seriousness though. I would love for him to come back for at leat 1 album/tour before the band is over.
