To conclude our yearlong celebrations of 10 Years of ATP, we are thrilled to be able to announce GODSPEED YOU! BLACK EMPEROR as curators of our Weekend 1 Nightmare Before Christmas festival this December.

ATP Founder Barry Hogan: "Godspeed performed at the Bowlie Weekender as well as at some of our early ATP festivals, and so we are very proud to have one of our favourite bands back after a long break to conclude our 10th anniversary along with Bowlie 2."

The festival weekend will run from the 3rd-5th December at Butlins Holiday Centre, Minehead featuring around 40 bands picked by Godspeed You! Black Emperor, who will also perform.

yes and Bardo Pond, Deerhoof, The Ex and Mike Watt will be there. i'm not going to rush into buying tickets for this mainly because i can't afford it right now but i would like to go.

sounds good. i don't know how my budget will be drained after the summer Korea/Japan combo, but it might be nice to go there

i never thought i'd see francisco lopez at atp. the dead c and bardo pond is enough to keep me happy for the whole weekend.

I'm going to do my best to able to afford ATP this year. Too many festivals between now and then, though. Not sure if I'll be able to afford it.

I honestly had no idea that GY-exclamation-mark-somewhere-in-here-BE had broken up for all these years (not kidding). I surely hadn't missed them.

Thought I'd be able to skip this year, but now that The Dead C have been announced I'll probably have to go, unless they're playing in Holland as well (I think they were planning a european tour this year?)... but even then I'd still want to go to both shows, plus the inevitable London gig before/after.
