Yes, Modest Mouse are indeed good. Very good infact.

Man they used to put on some of the best shows ever....now they kind of suck (well no, I'm not going to say they suck). I hope they'll rebound.

they are finishing up the new album, supposedly johnny marr from the smiths helped write some songs, i honestly have no idea what it will sound like.

Hopefully less contained feeling than good news. I think moon and arctica was their peak thus far. Had the best balance of good songwritting and jamming... good new left out jams and had a couple of clunkers.

Modest are amazing. I love This Is a Long Drive for Someone with Nothing to Think About. I'm listening to it right now. I cant watch the youtube thing cumpoter is to slow.
