Sounds alright. Be interested in hearing the rest of the album. Might have a good summer feel to it.

Hm sorry that was too good to resist. Yeah though, yay Tortoise. Maybe the album is good, but from that song it's kinda iffy. I think I've learned I am just quick to judge new music.

it calls them "jazzbos" lol. i love that word.

King Crimson meets Stereolab, neat.

the album is pretty ok, not their best by a long shot but still worth a listen to....

I didn't like it too much. Some songs were pretty good, but others sounded like really hokey fusion Zappa compositions to me.

This band should have ended after Standards.

Just so you know, there's a new episode of the "Don't Look Down" series on Pitchfork.tv (where a band plays on a rooftop) with Tortoise. They play Gigantes, Prepare Your Coffin and Swung From The Gutters. I'm watching it now and it looks really cool.
