I need help for a homework (it's quick)

I have an English homework, and there's a question where we have to complete a sentence coming from this video:

at 1:04:24, the sentence is "In 1939, Gödel himself was attacked by a group of Nazi ...", and we have to find the following word? I hear "Nazi fangs", but I'm not sure, it does not seem to be correct...
I'd really appreciate if anyone could help ! Thanks in advance :)
