Pacifying Joint = good song

New Fall = good

Fall Heads Roll = hearing it now

johnnywinternoshow 06.12.2006 07:31 AM

blind man is easily the best on that album

the move cover is damn good too

Glice 06.12.2006 07:35 AM

Blind man - have mercy on me(uh)...

Not my favourite album of recent years, but still better than the majority of bands.

porkmarras 06.12.2006 07:36 AM

Everyone should own 'This nation's saving grace'.And i mean it.

Abso-bloomin' crikey O'-lutely.

It's essential listening for everyone with ears. "And the drums, come in..." and then the drums come in... gah. Most bands would be lucky to make an album that's a quarter as good as this one... the fall have made about 15 of the buggers... ridiculously great band.

I remember watching the video to 'LA' when i was about 11 years old,i think.I haven't been able to get it off my head ever since.

Toilet & Bowels 06.12.2006 08:07 AM

i've been listening to hex enduction hour on repeat a lot recently, i think it's my favourite fall record

Hip Priest 06.12.2006 08:18 AM

OY, YOU! LISTEN UP! Have you heard the very good, quite lengthy interview he did recently on KCRW Radio, shortly after the latest personnel change? Click here, if you're that way inclined. It's the happiest I've heard him in years, and he's on fine form.

Glice 06.12.2006 08:24 AM

Excellent, cheers for that messr Priest.

Fall Heads Roll was one of 2005´s best records in my opinion

Daycare Nation 06.12.2006 06:08 PM

I love his vocal style....How can anyone sound so brilliant while slurring so much? Know what I mean?

The new line-up make those songs sound even more energetic - the new LP will have a great sound.

Check out the interview (which includes tracks) that I linked above - if you like The Fall, you'll enjoy it.

Palace of Swords Reversed & this nations are my 2 favorites.

They were excellent at the Knitting Factory considering they had 3 new members just a week prior to the show.

He is a bit of a bully on stage, but whatcha gonna do...he's mes. He'd probably fire you if you looked at him wrong. Is that his girlfriend in the band? She was pretty hot.

Toilet & Bowels 06.12.2006 08:30 PM

she's his wife
