the last movie was the BEST bond movie, and goddamn I have seen them all since my dad got me into them when I was a kid and moonraker was the first tape we bought for our Betamax back in the day.

Yeah, man. I really like this new direction. I suppose they had to in order to attract a newer audience used to things like Bourne Identity and grittier thriller stuff, but whatever the reason, they're really doing it right.

So Rob, what do you think of this trailer?

I do agree that the new direction they are heading is the best. I loved last movie a lot.

I really thought that the casting of pierce brosnan was a fabuilous one, but the stories and the "drama" in them was just still so hokey, like roger moore's bond opics, and not like connery's, which were more rought and tumble and more about th intrigue andthe espionage than the stupiod cheesy set pieces hat roger (sextagenarian) Moore did.

altghough when roger moore fucked grace jones it made me wanna fuck grace jones. (view to a kill)

Yeah, Bond became very hokey toward the end of the Connery period. I felt Die Another Day was sort of edging in a darker rough and tumble direction but they ruined it about halfway through. And Brosnan, good as he was, still came across as a bit too much of a dandy.

This looks great. The new take on Bond is really working with Craig.

Definitely. It's much smarter and grittier. I also like that M is a woman, and looks like we're getting a look at a very sleek looking MI6 headquarters in this new one.
