my boombox is possessed
 

it's currently in the tape/off mode but a couple of minutes ago it started humming and the red power led turned on,
even though there's no tape playing or whatsoever.

it's not the first time it happens.

I once had a Mickey Mouse full-sized (2 feet tall or so) stuffed animal with a tape player in it and when a tape was played the mouth moved. It had books and tapes to go along with it. Looking back now, that thing was fucking creepy. My dad used to put Ratt tapes in it.
