where should I go on holiday?
 

its going to be a short break.. a few days, 4 maybe..

the biggest reason I'm anti queensland is because Im not a huge fan of flying.. or sun. but it is near the end of summer now. I kind of like forests more than I do beaches.. but I think there could be beautiful stuff in queensland too.

i say big cities, good restaurants, theatres, galleries and museums, peculiar and beautiful people, markets, bookstores, swanky bars, crowds and sex with strangers are what make a good vacation.

I love the city too, but nature can be the most cleansing thing in the world to me....not to sound like a hippie or anything. Ha!

well i like the beach for a day or two. solitary beaches without the throngs of ice-cream licking fools. sure thing. a beach house in winter with a sexy companion. why not. a great way to recharge. 2, 3 days max though. then you need a good restaurant.

I think American beaches as a whole are pretty crappy on several levels....those pics she posted are paradise though.

but thats my normal life :(

ever thought of vacationing in your own hometown? you know, without having to go to work and take shit to pay the rent, without holding back on something because it's too expensive, and going to places you've never been, and hiring a housecleaner for a week so you don't have to worry about anything, and staying in bed late doing nothing or having sex all day without thinking that you have to be doing something somewhere later or else?
