jim o'rourke essay + sonic references in zorn book
 

check out the new volume of 'Arcana: musicians on music' for an essay written by Jim O'Rourke. It's a nice read, kind of philosophical (actually it's a transcription of a discussion between Jim and someone else). I found there are lots of Sonic Youth references in the book, if you check the who's-who in the back of the book.
