haha, I hate when anger causes guitar throwage.
A friend of mine insulted me once when we were jamming and I was about to hit him across the head with the guitar, but decided it was a bad idea so I dropped my guitar on the cement floor and used my guitar case.

Im sorry, but that is a poor attempt at a strop. If youre gonna throw the toys out of the pram, go the full shebang!

I've throw guitars in the past. I've steped on them, knocked them over, droped things on them. They are still fine. I've never throw one on concrete though.

That was a drop.

Sure I didn't chuck it 20 feet but it was a throw. It was spontaneous, I'll try and do an more impressive throw next time I'm absolutely pissed on stage.

you must destroy the guitar! . .. the harder the floor the better! .. . if the guitar breaks . . .good! . . . however it must be witnessed . . . and it must be honest! . . . the more expensive the guitar the better! . . .

i hate it when people destroy guitars........shhit you know how many people whised they had a guitar like me...give it away dont destroy it.

Naah, I'm really good to my guitars...If I was playing one of my nicer guitars, I wouldn't throw it.

Shit happens, y'know? That's the great thing about playing music - you can get caught in the moment, good or bad.

My friends' band has gotten in the habit into smashing shit nearly every show...

I could never "throw" a bass/guitar even if I was pissed... but maybe that's my opinion just becuz I don't have enough money to spend on "replacements" every once in a while...and I actually own two basses,so, yeah, smashing one of them would be destrying half my collection ha ha... your reaction seemed just about the right amount of anger+frustration to me, not too violent, no need to smash things to express your feelings, especially as long as "things" are nice instruments (even not that nice). That said, it's a nice little vid.
